I still think this is BS. Whether you breathe through nose or mouth most likely has nothing do with with the size of ones stomach.

Hey, forget I even said it........I made the entire story up.........It's completely a farce. Just stick to your diet and you'll be fine.

I didn't say you made it up. I just think the statement is a little ridiculous and not nesasarly good advice. I never mentioned that I was worried about my diet, but thanks.
 
Let's forget it......I know you didn't say I made it up, but it's not worth it.....it's horrible advice. All I said was focus on your DIET and forget the breathing......

Well thank you, It's great to be here! I will say though that between the information that I provide and the mis-information that you provide we pretty much cancel each other out - maybe we should both leave. lol Also, this may cause a future imbalance on the board with just me here and you away at your next Pilates convention. Just for your information, Suzanne Summers will have a Thighmaster convention the third week in August.

Twiggy? Are we in grade school? Just because someone isn't a 300lbs. monster they are subject to ridicule? This is also coming from someone without current pics.
 
Isn't this the 3rd thread I've seen NJ bustin your balls Kurz? If someone says something you don't like, just keep it to yourself NJ. It's not productive at all to get on someone every post they make.
 
So you would prefer that mis-information remain unchallenged? Sort of defeats the entire purpose of a diet board doesn't it? If someone does not want their opinions commented upon then they should create their own website.

one thing to keep in mind is pelvic tilt, i hear that this can cause ur insides to push agaisnt ur stomach wall and make it seem more protruding. apparently if the muscles in your back are very tight they will pull the back of your pelvis up. your pelvis acts like a bowl and your insides start to lean foward....... apparently there are excercises to alleviate this.
