im trying to even out my body.legs are too skinny for my upper body.whats a good way to get my legs bigger while trying to burn off the fat from up top.my diet is made for cutting.so maybe on leg days switch to a bulk diet?
leg days consist of squats,extensions,lunges,leg curl,and seated and standing calve raises.
