Does anyone trying to get in 4,000 calories + find it a fucking chore to eat 8 times a day!! Damn it...I cant leave my house, as whole food is better than shakes for me and I like mine HOT!

Why do so many who are trying to put on lean mass switch over to P/F meals anytime other than prebed? Makes little sense to me especially if you are training in the am as your body needs to REPAIR!! My theory is
