Building the Perfect Beast

I just recevied Building the Perfect Beast in the mail today. What a read, it's a great book that every hardcore bodybuilder or weight lifter should have. I have never claimed to be an expert on AAS or HGH, but reading this book made me feel stupid. Just curious about your opinions on this read if you have it.

Very intelligent guy, but not very practical IMO.

I agree with you Mak. I got it, and I don't plan on applying anything in the book on myself. Very difficult to follow his logic at times. Perhaps if I really spent some time on it, things would click for me.

I know a guy that got the book. I'm not going to form an opinion from his knowledge alone...

I've read the book throughly. Very in depth cycles. The cycles he lays out seem to be a full time job for anyone to follow. Almost all cycles are based on GH, Insulin and T3. He comes up w/some very confusing site injection protocols where you mix up a ton of juice all in one vial. I followed one of the gh,slin,t3 cycles..and I was on too high of a t3 dose for my first time using it..and it ruined the whole cycle.

Yeah man it's real confusing I think that you have to stay home all day just to get the drugs ready for the following day. Some of the stuff that I could undrestand was interesting.

what are some other good books to help learn more about the different steroids. Preferably the more popular ones?
