I was always under the impression that if you are cutting body fat that avoiding brown rice at nite would be the way to go.
wouldnt you want to avoid the b rice and replace those carbs with fibrous vegetables?
also what about if you are in matinenace mode for your body weight...would having brown rice at night be okay?
