Breakfast Importance

Is breakfast very important in bulking? A friend of mine is bulking and he eats good throughout the day, but his breakfast is weak compared to the rest of his diet. He normally just eats golden grams or cheerios with milk.

it's the most impt. meal besides postworkout. the body is coming off a long fast and will soak in nutrients because it has been deprived of it. it should be the largest meal of the day and faster digesting carbs should be eaten.

Quick, easy breakfast.

Skim milk, peanut butter, protien powder, frozen blueberries or strawberries. Blend. It is quick, easy, taste good, healthy, and not too heavy. But you must have breakfast whether you are trying to gain muscle or lose weight.
