So I've been relying mostly on Almonds, ANPB, and Extra Virgin Olive Oil, to get my Fat intake ...
BUT I'm having trouble getting my 200 Grams or so of Fat.. instead I'm stuck at 130..
Two questions, If I Find I have decent energy at the Gym, do I need to increase my Fat intake?
#2: Is it ok to use Brazil Nuts as main staple of diet..? They have VERY high fat & LOW Carbs... So I can stay under 30 grams of carbs easily.. But for some reason people never mention them, rather recommend cashews or almonds..
