Hello Everyone, I am new to this site so I wanted to take a second to introduce myself to all of you.
*I am an 18 yr old college student and personal trainer; I am 5'9", 130lbs, 15.5% body fat.
*Right now I am starting to get back into my routine of working out daily. I played club soccer for 10 years, so my workouts consisted of cardio everyday for about 4-6 hours. And on top of that for a while I ran track while playing. I also really want my six pack back, but find it a little harder to get myself motivated
*My current training sessions are wishy washy, my biggest problem is getting myself into a routine.
*My meals are even worse than my training programs because of school and work, I don't have a real set schedule yet. But even with that I don't eat too bad, I drink lots of water and there's almost no soda in my diet, and chicken is a staple in my house. Luckily I have a killer metabolism and I don't have to watch what I eat, but my entire family is just waiting in envy for it to catch up to me.. lol
*I had knee surgery about 4 years ago, good ol' ACL and meniscus! The typical soccer injury!!
I am really looking forward to being in contact with like minded women. Even though my habits aren't the greatest, I have a very healthy mindset and am looking forward to meeting all of you who see it the same way I do. It will be nice to have the support and motivation of you all, and I hope I can be a positive addition to this site as well!!!
