back on topic... try this:
round = 3 minutes (obviously) w/1 minute break in between
warm-up 10 - 15 minutes (dynamic)
shadow box 3 rounds
heavy bag 6 rds
hand pads 3 rds
speed bag 3 rds
dbl end bag 2 rds
5 sets of 10 ten-count sit ups (lower yourself at a 1...2...etc count)
Jump Rope 15 minutes
25 push ups SS w/10 pull ups
*should take roughly 1 hr. 15 min. if you don't have access to a dbl end, speed, etc bag, just add 2 extra rds. on the heavy bag as a sub. do this 3 times a week, you'll be amazed at your overall conditioning, stability, and of course badassmotherfuckerness.
