I've decided to start wearing some equipment on my box squat days and to go heavier also. I am in the works to getting a power rack built hopefully in the next 3-4 weeks maximum so I can squat HEAVY!!!!

225 plus tight blue bands x 2 x 10 sets, 45 sec rest between sets
Set 6
I then put on some Crain double Briefs and did a couple sets...felt strange.
Relaxed in the briefs...
295 x 5
345 x 5, just felt out of line...
Then I put on an Inzer Hardcore suit that was build for Garry Frank and he wanted to know what part of him it was supposed to fit...lol. I got all of it on myself, so it is still too big for me. Couldn't ever find my groove or get near deep enough though...
