Thanks so much to everyone who pm'd me and asked about me :heart:
Im still around. These next two weeks are gonna be a killer. I have too much on my plate right now. I really need to keep my mouth shut and stop volunteering for so much :)

My workouts are going good. I :heart: :heart: LOVE :heart: :heart:
the body pump and body step classes!! OMG......... So much fun but very intense. Im doing them with my older daughter so Its been a blast.

TODAY:
45mins on the treadmill @8% incline

Legs:
Squats
Deadlifts
Lunges
3 sets/10 reps for all

Meal 1: Myoplex light w/water
Meal 2: 3 oz. tuna w/1tb. light mayo on 1 slice wheat bread, a pickle and a coffee w/skim milk and 2 splenda
Meal 3: 1 oz. nuts
Meal 4: Syntrax shake w/water
Meal 5: 4 oz. chicken w/red hot sauce, sm. yam, 1 cup broccoli

I missed logging some workouts again........ my bad!

Beautiful day today! No complaints.

10am:
20mins on elliptical, 20 mins HIT on treadmill

Shoulders:
Front Raises
Side Raises
Overhead DB press
Upright row
3s/10r each

Meal 1: myoplex light w/water
Meal 2: ounce of almonds, sm. coffee w/skim milk & 2splenda
Meal 3: 3oz. turkey on whole wheat w/hotpeppers
Meal 4: Shake: 1 can diet black cherry soda blended w/ 1 scoop syntrax vanilla protein powder and ice
Meal 5: 4 oz. chicken w/hotsauce, yam, 1c. broccoli, .5c mushrooms

After the gym, spent the whole day by the pool! So nice out today. Skimmed through a stack of mag's that I havent had a chance to read yet. Basically just relaxed all day!
 
SUNDAY:

60mins on the elliptical

Meal 1: myoplex light w/water

Heading to a bbq for fathers day so the rest of my meals will be protein/veggies and I'll add a yam to the last meal.

Ramblings:
Feeling really good today. Kinda eurphoic (is that even a word...) Not sure if I have allergies or just a cold but I've been coughing, sneezing and had a sore throat all night. Mood is great though :rainbow:

Its gonna be another beauty of a day so Im looking forward to spending it outside. Wish I could wear a bathing suit though :worried: I just keep telling myself.......NEXT SUMMER!

Im hoping to post before/during pics in August. Scary thought but It has to be done...lol

Well, Im off to Gloucester!
 
MONDAY:

60mins treadmill
No Weights

1: myoplex light w/water, sm. coffee w/skim milk & splenda
2: 1 oz. walnuts
3: salad w/chicken and 2tb dressing
4: apple, low-fat string cheese stick
5: turkey burger on wheat bun w/mustard, broccoli
