BodyBuilding the Hamburger Helper WaY!!

I know this isnt exactly anabolic, but who else besides me loves hamburger helper while on cycle? I use 96% lean ground beef, and the stuff rocks! Low in Fat, high in protein, medium carbs...lots of calories, Tons of Flavor, easy and fast to cook, re-heats easy.....This stuff was made for men! I get so tired of Tuna and chicken breasts but I never get tired of Hamburger Helper. I buy Hamburger Helper for a buck at the 99cent store or big lots, 96% lean ground beef is 3.59 a pound. Presto, 2 big tasy meals for under $5... For a young poor guy who is trying to pack on some mass while eating half-way clean, this stuff is a Godsend...Whos with me?

I eat tons of stuff like that when I am bulking
 
I watched a Lee Priest vid and he basically said he ate whatever he felt like eating when bulking and had always done that, but that when it came down to getting cut for a comp he never had an issue with eating super strict either.
 
its good, but make your own and cut out all the crap they put in.........use own pasta and season your self.... then change it up and make it with chicken and not ground beef...

dinner tonight i just tried somthing new and made itialin chicken pasta with pasta green olives, black olives, celery, and onion with grilled chicken and low fat itialin dressing was great,,, with lots of protien ...


make your own and cut out all the salt and other crap they put in....

I second this. I use whole grain pasta that has a lot of protein as well as using my own spices with whatever meat I am using. The pre packaged stuff has tons of salt in them.
 
Sodium bomb but, yea I eat it too.

I do my own style though, lean beef, Spicy chorizo, ground turkey, and any wild game I have ground up.
Mix in some Chipolte sauce and refried beans.

All over rice or noodles.

Bam.
 
not bad, but make sure you eat a GENEROUS serving of Organic fiber with those meals

Really Meat should also be eaten with a Substantial amount of organic fiber for Heath, Colon, and of course Phyto Nutrients
 
I train Hollywoods elite so dont listen to people trying to see you cook books and crap. Eat Hamburger Helper but replace the beef with chicken for protein. You then get almost no fat, a nice amount of carbs and good protein. Eat this nightly. THen in teh AM take Darge Rage and work out within about 45 minutes to an hour. Immediately after work out take Cell mass and then about 6-8 hours later one more dose of cell mass. You will get triple your size ina bout 2 months or so. Dont listen to thse people trying to see crap to you. You dont need to cook crazy meals. Stay away from to much fat. Dont go CRAZY on the carbe but enough to feed your muscles. The Dark Rage is the best, but if you cant find it Noexplode is also good. Same formuma take it 45 minutes to an hour before working out. Then cell mass IMMEDIATELY after workiong out (EMPTY STOMACH). CEll mass helps your muscles. Wait at least about 1 hour to eat or do a shake. Then 6-8 horus later Cell mass again EMPTY STOMACH. Mark my words you will send me a million dollars I will get you hug:biggrin:e.
