do any of you guys have experience with the "body for life" diet???? its that bill philips thing?? i have heard that it works but i just wanted to see what u guys thought
i know the training aspect of the book is garbage but will the diet help me lean out.....i have tried the keto diet, but want to try something new this time......o and i dont want any dnp either.
Any info would be greatly appreciated!!!! Peace!!!
I think the diet is great for people who are over weight and the cardio thingy they do I think also is beneficial, but the weight training part I aint buying it
yeah it works, but i think it is harder than it looks, try it an be strict, it is not easy to do a full body workout and then deadlift 450, i was so tired after a hour and i knew i had to deadlift to finish, i almost cried... i use it on and off to shock the sytem, but those guys who win the contest, some of them are using shit
THATS A GOOD START JUST FOR THE AVERAGE SEDENTARY FOLK WHO WANTS TO GET IN SHAPE....YOU WONT BE GETTING FREAKY FOLLOWING THAT PROGRAM, JUST NORMAL AND TONNED,,,YUCK
i just want a decent diet that will help me shred some unwanted bodyfat.......as i said i have done the keto diet many times before but i want to try something different, just the thought of eating all that shit on the ckd diet makes me wanna puke.
So my question to you is will the "body for life" diet help me lose some unwanted bf while still lifting like i normally do?????????? I weight train 4 days/week and do 30mins of cardio 5-6 days/week.
I agree with Iron, great for beginners. That's what I recommend to people who ask me questions when they are just starting out. I started out with Phillips diet and routine when I first started, I did really good on it. Can't say it did much for mass, but I did get some good cuts.
