ok better than new york is a stretch it doesnt even taste better than papa johns but it does taste good and it is a great complete meal
figure out your needs and create the balance of ingredients from that its simple.
first the dough.
mix whole wheat four (you can use a mix of whole wheat and powdered oats) with a shake or 2 of salt and enough hot water to make the dough managable. (i kneed it with a spoon until the dough is mixed pretty good so it doesnt stick to my hands). let the dough sit for about 3 minutes
press out a pizza shape with the dough on a flour coated plate.
fry the dough in evoo on med/high until browned on both sides
now put the cooked dough back on a plate and add pizza sauce, swiss cheese and some pre cooked chicken, raw onions and broccoli and bake at 400 degrees directly on oven rack for 10-12 minutes (do not cook in a pan the dough will get soggy)
