Lol how do u think bmi(body mass index) will help u calculate ur bf %?? Use calipers or digital scale, or even get a dexa scan

Are u a member of a gym or health club? They should have some one to caliper u.

Best method u probably have available is to get an estimate on here. Post some GOOD pics and let stevesmi and some of the guys with a good eye take a look.

To estimate body fat % post pics, this is more accurate than calipers in most cases

Calipers are the most accurate way to measure bodyfat yourself if you do it correctly.

Hydrostatic displacement or bodpod is the best if you go somewhere and have it done.

scales that measure body fat are not accurate at all,dnt bother. body fat calculaters on line are close ,make sure you get accurate measurements...waist- around naval, neck...
