BMI question

So at 190 lb @ 6 ft 1

It comes out to 25.1 saying I'm overweight

Why!!! How can I measure my bf%?
I Have abs I just guess muscle > fat

Bmi means nothing to atheletes. Its not your actual body fat. Its an outdated system for normal people. Anyone with significant muscle mass will be obese on the body mass indicator scale. If you want to know your actual body fat get a caliper off the net. There not expensive.
