Checked blood pressure & was fine checked 2 days , is there any chance it would go up at night when my eyes go red ?? Running a cycle is a lot more complicated than I thought , I’m taking AI , loads of water , training certain muscles each time I go , getting good amounts of sleep etc you get different advice from different people so it’s hard to get it right , I don’t just eat shit I eat porridge & fresh chicken etc just started eating more burgers & fridge raider type chicken tbf my body is slowly looking better so must be doing something right [emoji23] thanks again
