This is going to be hard to explain but I'll try!! My biceps seem to be missing a bit, if I tense my arm, the front of my bi looks a bit like pac-man. I know the bi has different "heads" but where do these run? It looks as though the bottom part of my bicep is more developed than the top (as it seems to be longer), is this possible? If so, what exercise will remedy this and give me the proper shape?!
I've cut down the weight on my barbell curls in the hope that if I do the exercises strictly/slowly, it will cure it.
(I've made myself sound like a freak - they're not that bad!)
