Big guys and dieting...

WEll i am fairly hefty but am really enjoying my strength...
todays weight 299 ... about 25% bf.

So the question for the bigger/fatter guys who have dieted down is...if you are dieting from 25% to 15% do you lose less strength as compared to 15% to 5%... i mean...how much strength would i lose if i started cutting down??? muscle? seeing as i would be dieting from 25% would i not lose that much?
 
Do a cutting diet that allows you to also gain muscle. Do something like a CKD or a TKD and you'll be able to cut and minimize muscle loss, or even gain.
 
haha...i know ... i am thinking 270... i play football so keeping some weight is a bit of a thing i need to do...300 is nice and all but hell life would be swell at 270...

I bought some oats yesterday...100% natural i am thinking that would pretty much cut out the sugar...got 4kg of chicken breasts and some ground turkey...

Anything else to add, i don't mind eating simple....
