WEll i am fairly hefty but am really enjoying my strength...
todays weight 299 ... about 25% bf.
So the question for the bigger/fatter guys who have dieted down is...if you are dieting from 25% to 15% do you lose less strength as compared to 15% to 5%... i mean...how much strength would i lose if i started cutting down??? muscle? seeing as i would be dieting from 25% would i not lose that much?
