hate to say but, if you dont have a peak going already, it aint goin to happen no matter how hard you hammer away at your bis. you cant change the genetic shape of a muscle.look at coleman 10 years ago, sure his muscles were smaller, but the shape of them is the same then as it is now.
exactly shape of your arms are determined by genetics. i still laugh when some of the big guys in my gym tell me that people have to do this and that to change their biceps and give it that nice peak. they say thats how they built em. sure it may seem like that because added mass gives it a slightly different shape but basically all u can do is make the muscle larger. if u werent blessed with the peaks. then your not gonna have em no matter what u do
Genetics do play a role, but....the tell tale sign will come for the exercise choices. If you never work on any "peaking" excersises, how do you know what your predisposed shape will be?
I have long biceps, but if I spend the time and focus on peaking excersises they'll peak.
Why would you wanna use partial range of motion? You can not work a muscle well if it's loaded with lactic acid and has no ATP. Supersetting in my opinion pretty much sucks and shouldn't be used very often
