I'm not sure that your going to be shredding up those abs by eating heavier foods at night bro - anyway you could give us a break down on
The diet for a given day?
Breakfast- oatmeal or 5 eggs. I can't eat in the morn so something is better than nothing.
Snack- nuts, granola, wheat thins. One of the three
Lunch- turkey breast wrap whole wheat lettuce tomato.
Tuna wrap whole wheat
Grilled chicken over salad, or a wrap
And quinoa with either or and banana.
Snack- mixed nuts
Dinner- varies... Gilles chicken, steak, steamed chicken, broccoli, salad, brown rice and brown sauce from the Chinese spot. Stuff like that.
Drink water all day.
Protein after gym
No xplode pre workout.
That's about it.
