Yea the avi was just around when I was peaking. I want to say honestly I lost the hard solid look and vascularity is down. Size loss is about 35% less of that.
Right now I just started a diet for the first time ever. Cut out carbs like bread and pasta... Sugars, fats. Eating as clean as possible but holding on to complex carbs, chicken, whole wheat wraps, salads, quinoa ect.
As far as supps go I really don't take anything at the moment but the hcgenerate, unleashed, daa, and a n.o. Xplode before workouts. I didn't want anything to interfere with the test recovery so figured at the moment less was more. I was taking bridge but due to the pregnalone I figured best to lay off for a few. What supps do u suggest that won't interfere?
I've read your posts here and there... The ones that I see, and I know I'm going to run a shorter cycle next but not sure what. I keep reading to see where I should head with that. I just want hard lean gains. Got some beast coming. Might give that a go and u gave me a great blueprint for that.. Thanks.. Buy I'm sure I will bother u with more questions about all this another time when I get closer to that.

honestly gotta stay at war with your body to preserve muscle. keep working out and keep eating. i wouldn't kill your carbs and cals off cycle. that will drop your mass fast if you do that. supps you could take off cycle are stuff like creatine for example, non suppressive and it works. and then I would ask dylan about SARMS and other peptides during a bridge to help preserve muscle. but make sure they are non suppressive.
personally I depend on my workouts and diet during my bridges and yes I do lose some size and strength.. but 35% as you wrote is a lot so you are gonna have to change things up a bit here and be more aggressive.
i can't remember how old you are but i do recall you are young and the gains will stick better as you get older trust me. the hours you put in now will dictate how easy gains come and stick once you get my age. so just keep at it and be patient.
Excellent advice. I'll keep a few carbs in... Maybe bread at lunch or Pasta at dinner here an there. I'll start taking creatine nitrate and going hard in the gym. I had spoke with Dylan about sarms already but the s4 is slightly suppressive so as I recover better I will most likely do a cycle of sarms run the pct for that and follow that with a cycle of beast and make it a decent vacation from gear after that. I'm 29 now.

Why not choose better carbs w your meals?
The fast ones are good for post workout but your meals are a good time for more whole, slow-digesting stuff
Right now during the day I'm eating 1/2 lb quinoa, veggies, grilled chicken wraps with baby spinach and lettuce, 1/2 lb tuna, turkey breast... Stuff like that until I get to the gym. After lifting I eat some more quinoa, steak, chicken, maybe a little pasta, salads ect. Heavier foods at night. I'm not drinking enough protein tho cause it fills me so I'll work on pushing those down next. I find myself forcing food down and not really looking forward to downing the quantities cause I'm not hungry. I have a stressful job and coffee and cigs have been a must have lately. I'm trying.
I'm a very open person. If anyone has suggestions to tweaking what I'm doing please let me know. Gaining mass has alwaysss been a issue for me. Even at 4500 cals a day for 2 mos. didn't gain 4 lbs. did a cycle, gained 20 kept about 8. It was a botched cycle. First one ever. But I gained something so even though it was a failure it wasn't ya know... Live and learn.
So anyway like I said, that's what I've been doin...
