I’m wondering how you guys/gals do your Military presses, like how do you set this exercise up? Off a bench press? A squat rack with a bench in it? Freestanding (clean&press)?
i do them from standing also, my gym has special rack for it that is just at shoulder height, just pick up and press. i've recently started doin them standing and i like alot better. may start experimenting w/cleaning them.
