Im 5'11" 155lbs 28yrs old. I took off lifting for almost a year and just recently started again. I'm currently about 10%bf and I want to put on 20-25lbs in a span of 4 months or so if it's possible. I don't want to get a gut although I don't care about seeing my abs while bulking b/c once i hit my goal I'll start cutting. What should I eat? Weight gainers? Also is carb cycling good for what I want to do or not? Thanks for any advice
