Best way to add 25lbs!?

Im 5'11" 155lbs 28yrs old. I took off lifting for almost a year and just recently started again. I'm currently about 10%bf and I want to put on 20-25lbs in a span of 4 months or so if it's possible. I don't want to get a gut although I don't care about seeing my abs while bulking b/c once i hit my goal I'll start cutting. What should I eat? Weight gainers? Also is carb cycling good for what I want to do or not? Thanks for any advice

Man all you really need to do is eat like a mofo. Count your calories and make sure your at like 4000 a day. Eat lots of protein and hit the gym hard. Really simple, your just making it overly complicated by over examining the problem.


edit: Once your done bulking you dont want to cut right away. YOu should hold it for 3 to 6 months. Then cut. Your body needs to get used to the weight that its at. Otherwise the bulk would be pointless.

I will say this when you are looking to add a lot of muscle you need to be willing to add some fat.
 
What needto said! Also not one supplement or pill does it all.

Intense training, solid sleep and eating healthy/plenty for sure. Whats your meal/gym routine looking like?
