I dont like using dumbells and cables when training the triceps for size.The best combo ive found is training tri's with chest.So it looks like this-
1)Bench press
2)lying tricep ext ez bar
3)dips.
With good intensity your tris will be like jelly and youll have a massive upper body pump.Its very simple and very effective.
