Cool thanks brother I'll give it a try . I've been getting up eating 3 eggs 1 piece whole wheat dry toast around 7 am then I workout from 12-3 then come home eat a turkey or tuna sandwich and celery or carrots something along them lines then at night I usually eat stir fry broc,chkn,bellpepp.,and sometimes brown rice now. Actually dropped a few lbs since I started this couple weeks ago. But I'll give yours a shot see how that works out for me.Hey brother, what I mean is that for example you are allowed to eat each day only between say 3-7pm or 3-8pm. The rest of the time you are fasting.
