I always would just ask them if they want to come over for a little while and watch a movie... tell them that they make sure to bring the popcorn too! haha..

Otherwise just tell them that we should get together and do something fun sometime and then by how they respond you can basically do anything. Nothing to serious, keep relaxed, make fun of things around you. Pick on her a little bit. Depending on how serious you want to take things is how you should decide.
