I'd say .5ml-.7ml 16 hours before you plan to get down. Cialis takes a minimum of 12 hours to take effect normally, and will last 36 hours or so.
As it wears off, I got the headache and pressure behind the eyes that it can cause as a side effect. Nothing Sudafed and Excedrin didn't quickly fix, and that was at .5ml. Trust me, you're going to enjoy this stuff.

Also, don't freak out when you see it. It separates, so shake the bottle before using. It's also purple, and has a grape flavor (mine anyway).

I haven't ordered from chemical need but I have tried liquid C from a couple of other vendors and love it. It normally comes in the 30mg/ml strength, and .5 ml works great for me for 3 days. (.5 ml is the same as .5 cc by the way).

I have NOT had the experience that it takes 16 hours to take effect. I usually take it on morning 1 and feel a good effect in an hour, maybe even a half an hour. Morning 2 is the best. Morning 3 is still a good effect. And morning 4 maybe a small effect.

I have had some cramping issues when I first started using it (along with stuffy nose, racing heart, vision flashes), but my body seems to have adapted and I rarely notice a side effect any more.
