Best alternative to ALCOHOL when 'ON'???

When you're on a cycle, it is best to stay away from alcohol or atleast minimize consumption as much as possible. However, everyone wants to have a good time sometimes--and for some people, it takes a little something to get them going.

I've read that alcohol has detrimental effects on body building--it increases estrogen levels, promotes catabolism, and is exhausting to your body which can be felt the next day via hangovers. Everyone has experienced that lifting after a night of drinking is a terrible, you feel like shti and on top you can't lift as much.

My question is what are some better alternatives to alcohol? Give me some thoughts of why E, G, and anything else of that nature might be better. Do they give the same 'buzz' and same level of confidence that alcohol gains you?

I know a common answer will be something like---the best alternative is "WATER" and be sober, but some people like me come from a small college town in FL where the only thing to do is drink and party.

And also is alcohol really that bad for lifters?

Only about a year left for me in colllege, I want to enjoy it while I can.
 
well, E always make you feel like shit for a couple of days. but it is one hell of a great time (been a while since i have done it.) not too sure what effects it has on the liver, but if you are gonna do that, i sure as hell wouldn't plan on going to the gym, or doing anything for that matter, on the next day. the second day, you should be fine.
if you want to party and do recreational drugs while on you cycle, your best bet would be smoking some killer green bud. IMO better high than being drunk, plus you dont feel like shit the next day.
 
Forgive me if i'm a dumbass. i've never tried rec drugs till I started my cycle... only know about types of alcohol.. LOL

What's "1, 4 B"?

Also, when you're out partying doesn't bud make you kind of paranoid? Usually, I'd drink to lower inhibitions and become cocky..but it seems like bud would do the opposite, although it'd make me feeel niiiiiiiiiiiiiice.
 
1,4 B is GBL, I believe, precursor to GHB and pretty much the same effects, with additional nausea if you take too much. Tastes like a chemical for sure.
