Benching for maximum chest isolation...

So...fold is becomong a believer in certain exercises hit certain parts of the nuscle....veeerrryyy interesting...
 
Personally, I get a better chest pump from close grip bench than I do from wide grip...Right now I'm only doing DB pullovers and weighted dips for chest and I'm really seeing some results...

Hmmm...have I thought otherwise?

I just think that exercise selection is fairly important...and how you do each exercise can greatly determine where in the muscle you will feel the most stimulation. I still don't suggest smith squats or flat dbell presses:D

I just feel that you will get more TOTAL body growth/stimulation from the barbell...

There probably isn't... I just feel like I can grow more all over with a barbell than with a dbell...

I also don't have dbells to experiment with...
