bench press seams to fu*k up my shoulder every time i go back to it....Anyone ever just give this exercsize up all togeather. I feel DB's work the area better anyway........
 
No way. I'm through with Flat benching, there are better alternatives like the incline and Dumbells.

Try Dumbell presses on a 15 degree incline
 
i am gonna keep doing bench press until my shoulder falls off, i have to do it cause my gym doesnt have heavy enough dumbells..damn college gym. no hammer either!!
 
I haven't done bb bp in 2 years.. for one reason, I workout alone and with db's, don't need a spotter. Another reason is you get a much better range of motion with db's.

Bench press will certainly bother my shoulder if I don't warm up my delts first. I just do a light warm-up set for shoulders before I do a warm-up set on the bench. Haven't had a problem since. I couldn't imagine my chest routine without the BP, though I will skip it from time to time.
