I just want to get my waist back to about 30" and have nice deep abes again for the rest of the summer. I'm not going to compete again until I finished college. I just started my prop/masterone/winstrol stack.

18.5" I would love to eventually get them to 20" I've only been training a little over 4 years, so I think its achievable.

Definetly looking bigger there than in your avatar. Nice work. :)

Thanks bro, 30 lbs will do that.

jubei, so how are those pics coming, alot of us are waiting for you to post them up. If you the stats you posted a while back are legit (I have no reason to believe otherwise) I'm sure they'll be impressive.

In my experience 1" on your waist is about 5lbs of fat so that is about a 15 lb fat loss. How much time are you allocating for this cutting cycle, about 6 weeks?

Im sure you know more than i do about it though. As for me, im just going to try 2500 calories a day and see what happens. i will lose muscle but due to muscle memory i can gain it back when the cutting cycle is over.

I'm hoping to be lean enough in approximately 12 weeks, nordstrom. I'm in no hurry to cut up. I would like to lean out without losing any lbm nor strength. I still think 2500 calories is abit low for a man your size. I wouldn't go under 3000 for now. Have you had your thyroid checked again recently btw?

nah, haven't had it checked but with the 12.5mcg T3 and daily selenium pills i doubt i have low thyroid functioning. I am not that concerned about muscle loss (one of my goals is to lose weight entirely almost irrelevant of whether its fluid, fat or muscle due to knee problems), as long as i lose about 2 lbs of fat for every pound of muscle i wont care, i just hope i dont get a 50/50 split. and when im done with the cutting i can bulk and regain alot of the lost muscle in a couple months.
