george, I'm cutting now. On 20 mg prop/50 mg masterone/50 mg winstrol ed. The little girl is my niece and the girl sitting farther to the right is my sister. BTW she'll be pissed if she sees a picture of herself not fixed up posted online.

evicerator, yeah, but you have to admit I'm pretty jacked for a 7-year-old girl. Anywho my niece takes dance lessons, and plays on a soccer team, and gets a fairly healty diet (my sister is pretty careful about what she eats), so she is getting a good foundation started already.

Several guys at the gym have also mentioned that my forarms could stand to be a bit bigger, so I added some forarm work (I had stopped doing all direct forarm work except for hammer curls). With two bro's from EF saying the same thing, I'm glad I've adjusted my routine. I really want to have a balanced physique.
