In my opinion, you should always add the calories slowely. If your body is used to you eating 3000 calories, and you are not putting on weight, then up it a few hundred, you should start gaining weight. When that weight gain slows down, that means that your body is beccoming accustome to the new calorie level, then you have to up it a few hundred more. I reccomend that you up the calories every week or two, by 100-500 calories. If you are adding accessive fat than either reduce slieghly or stay the same. Your body slowly getts accustome to whatever you eat, as it is always trying to maintain a balance.

Your gear was not fully active from the begining, although it was active. 4-5 weeks is when it is the most active in your body.

The best way to bulk is to find a calorie level that your body adds almost no bodyfat, but still adds a little all the time. anyting more than that, in my opinion will only help you get fatter.
 
I'm actually doing well with the Mcdonalds and protien powder diet. Yesterday I ate 7 quarter pounders with cheese, 3 large chicken breasts with a huge plate of rice, 2 60g protien shakes and about 2 L of milk. My average Mcdonald consumption per day for the last month has been 3-4 large sandwiches a day plus the other food I mentioned.

I'm not getting fat either, but I put in a good 1.5 hours 5-6 days a week. I think alot of guys either train like girls, have a shitty metabolism, or totally over analyze their diet. Eat, train, sleep and grow.

Oh, and i'm 100 percent natural right now.
 
No I ate 7. It was in 2 sittings. I can't think of any reason to lie.
 
JUBEI: From what i've gathered with the micky d's alone you take in about 3500 cals. including

266 grms carbs

210 grms protein

182 grms fat


Now IMO caloric intake varies greatly from person to person. some people may benefit from 5 and 6000+ ed intakes while others may not. Me personaly there's no way I could take in those kind of cals and not gain a considerable amout of body fat (chubb) as well.

Now peoples interpretations of what fat is differ, but I doubt your not gaining some cardio work bru. Also.......
