i'm on my first cycle. 250mg sust every 3 days and 150mg deca every 3 days. i did not kick off my cycle with an oral like d-bol because i take another medication for migraines that is pretty hard on the liver and i didn't want to add the extra stress on it. so because of this it will take 4- 5 weeks for the gear to "kick in" correct? well, before i started the cycle i ate around 3000 to 3500 cals a day spread over 6-7 meals. i weighed roughly 225 at about 12% body fat. these were not really clean cals, but not to bad either. since i started my cycle, 20 days ago, i've gained 15lbs, most of it seems to be on my gut. i upped my calories to 4000-4500 a day at the start of my cycle. so my question is should i have waited for a few weeks to up the cals since i did not jump start with an oral?? i'm getting fat and i don't like it. i look like i'm fucking pregnant! i am obviously eating far more calories than i need. i am also taking .5 mg eod of arimidex, so i don't think it's bloat, unless it's from the deca, but isn't it to soon since the deca wouldn't even be active yet?? so, should i just cut the cals back or do cardio or what?? i only do about 10 min of cardio a day for a warm up, but i work out like a mad man 1 hour a day 5-6 days a week. i know this is a long post, but any suggestions would be helpful.
