So you're saying you'd bump to 250mg to preserve muscle? What doses were you taking? I haven't heard much about GW either truthfully but if it was some sort of miracle fat burner, I'm sure it would be used by everyone by now
Yeah I went with 250 with the test but you would just have to experiment yourself everyone reacts different I ran the GW from Sams 1 that everyone raves about on this forum it didn't impress me just my opinion
