Bad idea to run T3 while cruising on low dose test?

I am currently on a cruise dose of 175mg test cyp weekly and have been for about 5 weeks, and was wondering if during this period if it is wise to add T3 in between my clen runs. I'm dropping cals and I'm making decent progress, and have avoided doing anything drastic like carb cycling or high caloric deficits.

Is it bad to add in T3 during 2 week clen runs at about 25-50mcg daily? I was told often that it is sort of "last resort", added only pre-competition or when you have reach a point where your fat loss hits a brick wall. But I didn't think running a low dose like 25mg or stacked alongside clen would be much of an issue, even if my test dose is low. I can always just save it for when I blast into 750mg test E/500mg EQ/40mg dbol, but right now I am trying to get to sub 9% bf and stay there before bulking up again. I'm already down 13lbs and very little strength, if any, since the last cycle. So if anything I think this would be the time to consider it
 
i wouldn't touch clen or t3 in any way... sarms can do the exact same things, plus WAY more, with MULTIPLE benefits and far less sides and danger that come along with clen and t3... seems like a no brainer...

Yup agreed, stick to sarms for fat loss. :coffee:

Any recent medical studies or publications showing the fat loss potential of each? I know they are very new to the bodybuilding world and we already know the dangers/benefits of clen and T3, but what about SARMS? I had always thought they were more beneficial while "off" as far as staying in a state of anabolism, and not so much for weight loss or lipid regulation.
 
Id cruise at 200-250mg test
I read that 250mg test is the minimal someone should use t3 with.
Besides, with test e 250mg is usually just 1mL, makes it convenient.


And unlike most of this forum, I beleive Sarms have their place, but if your cutting, t3 would probs be better, sarms can only help, but t3 will be better for fat loss
 
Sarms1 products are all fire bro. GW is superior when it comes to fat loss.

I've run my test at 250 with T3 with great results I'm just not impressed with the GW I've ran it twice

So you're saying you'd bump to 250mg to preserve muscle? What doses were you taking? I haven't heard much about GW either truthfully but if it was some sort of miracle fat burner, I'm sure it would be used by everyone by now

Yeah I went with 250 with the test but you would just have to experiment yourself everyone reacts different I ran the GW from Sams 1 that everyone raves about on this forum it didn't impress me just my opinion

Def not a miracle and I've heard people saying that they lost weight standing still. Never struck me as that. I think ran simultaneously with aicar is supposed to do that. What you put into a GW cycle is what you get out. GW skips the aerobic threshold... So when you need energy, gw forces your body into aerobic mode for energy. This is good because you will not use muscle glycogen stores. My opinion is that if somebody doesn't lose fat on gw, they are not putting in the cardio time. If you measure gw based on your weight loss as a CONDITIONED athlete, you will be gravely disappointed. However, if you base it upon your body composition, you will be very happy. Now if you have a high bodyfat, you will notice a difference on the scale. But gw has recomping anti-catabolic properties.. So again, you will not lose much weight if you are in good shape... Which is a good thing. You will drop fat and gain muscle even on a maintenance diet.

T3 is fucking with your thyroid. Using it in a catabolic sense will burn fat and muscle at an almost 2:1 fat:muscle ratio, remember that. Anything above 25 is suppressive.. Anything above 50 is catabolic. So for it to work you have to sacrifice muscle and you have to remember that it typically takes 2 weeks for your body to bounce back from your exogenous thyroid hormone induced hypothyroidism. Remember, it's a synthetic state of hyperthyroidism you're achieving. The only time I recommend t3 is with tren and at a non-suppressive dose of 25 micrograms. Tweaking the thyroid can fuck with your hairline too.
 
I will add that recovering from thyroid ahutdown is actually much swifter than APG shutdown... Though I have seen some studies implicating that you will not return to your baseline.
