bikini, the reason for the heavier cycle is that I want to try competing locally in the next year or two and want to agin as much mass as I can. I know I should increase slowly, but I'm also only going from 500 - 800mg of test per week plus deca/dbol. The cycle after next I'm planning on running the same amount of test again but with fina instead of deca.

flat bench 5 sets 5 reps
incline dumbell press 2-3 sets 8-10 reps
incline dumbell flyes 2 sets 8-10 reps with a drop set afterwards
