back

I was in the same situation, with my back lagging. then I switched some stuff up...

-Front Chins/Lat Pulldown(depending on whether you can do chins) These are a must for back development

-Bent Over Barbell Row. I love these

-Like EdgeCrusher said, definitely incorporate a low cable row...or something that will hit the lower lats.

-Deadlift!! These fucking rule...definitely do em

there is no such thing as lower lats. You eithe use the latimus dorsi on a whole or not at all.

One row. One chin/pulldown - whatever you prefer.

There is no point doing more than one row in a workout, providing you do your one row properly.

2-3 sets and you're set.

so get a dip belt and add weight to it and do weighted pull ups.

I totally agree bro nothing beats the development and workout that pull-ups give you. In my opinion pull-downs arent even in the same category.

Don't misunderstand what I'm getting at; I recommend both and do both, but it is, IMHO, counter to logic to totally discount the benefits possible from lat pulls.

They work for me, in any case.
