First off ... I bought a desk (oak - heavy) and a bookcase (oak - heavy also) -- I had to lug these fucking things up the 4 floors of spiral hell ... that wasn't fun. Barbell Rows
135x10, 225x10, 275x8, 315x4, 325x2
Deadlifts -- for reps
135x10, 225x10, 275x8,315x6, 375x4 -- never really did reps before, so I guess all of these are PRs....
Face Pulls 2sets 20 reps... weight on 80-90.
Lat Pulldowns 3sets 8,6,5 stack+plate
Cable Rows 2 sets ... 6,6 stack
I also did 3 sets of high rep biceps 25 with 40lb dumbbells.
Abs 3 sets decline situps w/25lb plate
Oblique raises 45lb 3sets
All in all, it was a good workout. My last workout was Last Tuesday... All of this test taking and moving has cut into my workout time, my numbers seem pretty strong though.. considering.
