First off ... I bought a desk (oak - heavy) and a bookcase (oak - heavy also) -- I had to lug these fucking things up the 4 floors of spiral hell ... that wasn't fun. If this keeps up, I'm going to have to do some cardio just to be able ot carry shit up my stairs to my apartment. :)

Back Workout -----

Barbell Rows
135x10, 225x10, 275x8, 315x4, 325x2

Deadlifts -- for reps
135x10, 225x10, 275x8,315x6, 375x4 -- never really did reps before, so I guess all of these are PRs....

Face Pulls 2sets 20 reps... weight on 80-90.
Lat Pulldowns 3sets 8,6,5 stack+plate
Cable Rows 2 sets ... 6,6 stack

I also did 3 sets of high rep biceps 25 with 40lb dumbbells.

Abs 3 sets decline situps w/25lb plate
Oblique raises 45lb 3sets

All in all, it was a good workout. My last workout was Last Tuesday... All of this test taking and moving has cut into my workout time, my numbers seem pretty strong though.. considering.

Thank you on the rows comments guys... :)

No seriously ... the stairs suck ass... LOL I was pressing shit above my head to get it around the corners, because the spiral HELL stairway is so narrow... I'd have to press it, and walk sideways... up 4 flights... the day after I moved in, my entire body was sore... not a bad thing... I thought it was cool. :)

holy crap citrus, that's a lot you're rowing there (it's been said before, but still...) btw how come your dead and row weight are so close ? i imagine if you're rowing that much weight you'd be deadlifting some massive weight. oh yeah how is your grip on bent over rows; underhand /overhand?

My rows went up big time after i started deads. I've been doing bar rows for quite some time... so they probably benefited a great deal from the deads. My PR on Deads is around 430lbs... nothing spectacular, but I DID start doing deads not too long ago (several months).

I use over hand grip on the bar rows with straps (my wrist still isn't 100%, and now I have a burned index finger LOL)... for deads... I either use straps (over 400) or under 400 I use left down, right up. :)

My lats are stronger than the rest of my body... my legs too. If you compare my chest to my back... there really is no comparison... My MAX bench is like 330... and recently, I haven't gotten up to high at all. Chest and Tris are my weak area... I'm currently trying new training routines to help develop them.

It is cool to have 3 plates and some 5's on the bar... and row it up toward your body :)

C-ditty --- I'm going to video tape it soon... I'm at a new gym now... so I think I can do it there late at night :)

I used to live on the fourth floor apartment. It really sucks after training legs. I remember it sometimes taking 5 minutes to make it up after leg day. Good workout though bro.

I know how you feel trying to get that desk up there. About 6 months ago I bought a solid oak roll top desk. We only had 3 steps to go up and it was a bitch. The guy helping me deadlifts well above 600lbs.

BTW- Nice back workout.

Impressive lat pulldowns, I'm curious how much the stack at your gym weighs...my gym is at 290lbs max. :D
