pre workouts do not aid your workouts, they inhibit them
that is the dirty secret. we had an explosion in pre workouts the past 5 years or so.. but since i feel like people have gone away from them pretty quickly as they have figured out they hurt more than help. think about it, why would you want your heart rate going up artificially while you workout? that is like revving up your car engine and burning it
the only pre workout you should be taking is water, a good pre workout meal, and Dspark from n2bm which is stim free
