I know how you guys feel. I was so excited to get home last night so I could check and see how B Fold did. I can only imagine how worn out B is from this weekend with all the traveling, hotels, the event, going out, blah blah blah. I just hope it was all he expected and more.

Here's the video of B Fold competing. I apologize for some of the obstacles. My spot for filming was less than ideal, and they wouldn't let me run around inside the ropes with the other cameraman.

Yoke Walk and Tire Flip 4.5MB

Deadlift for Reps 8.7MB

Keg Load and Sled Drag 6.4MB

Overhead Axle Press 8.7MB

Conan's Wheel 4.5MB

clips for the deads for reps, and the axle press are astoshing. GREAT job B fold. I dont care what you placed, you looked like you performed at your best, and that is what counts. as always, those clips are motivating. wish there was sound to experience the animosity you were putting out.

on a side note, you look like you slimmed down a little, or maybe that is just from the people around you and the elbow and knee wraps?
