Well i just started workin on them when this contest began, they are already making progress, and when i start dieting, i'll be good to go. I'm in no rush to start because july 21st is a long way away, no need to get down as fast as possible to hold it, i plan on drying up and cutting down right before the contest. All i changed in my diet for now is no more mc d's!!

eviction, you could probably lean out a little for a contest but if it is contest between you and fonz you win hands down. who wants to look anorexic? you got some mass going and a very masculine look. most guys want to be a little bigger and not all skinny.
