A buddy of mine got caught with 35 dbols and there tryin to charge him for trafficin along with possesion, do you think they can and will be able too?????? let me know we got a scared brother who thinks he's facin up to three years!

Nah. Around here they'd probably just try to find out where he got them, and go after the bigger fish.

He may get a fine, maybe probation... but I doubt he'd see any time.

I don't think he can get trafficking but possession yes, no biggie long as thats all they find he don't get scared and talk for 35 d-bols is not enough units to be considered a trafficker

Why is everyone so convinced that 35 d-bol tabs won't be seen as intent to sell? Doesn't this assume that law enforcement knows something about the amount of the drug needed to be effective? I mean, they think juice will cause you to instantly go into rages and make your nuts shrink... who says they don't think 35 tabs is a huge amount - like 35 X tabs would be?

How did he get caught? That may also determine if it is considered trafficing.

They charge him with possesion with intent to traffic, just so he'll plead down to a lesser charge.

zero jail time. jails are way way way too crowded to worry about sum dude carrying 35 dbols in his pocket.. fuck, wynona rider was caught stealing thousands upon thousands of dollars of merchandise at Saks and only got probation. your friend is in no danger
