Anyone feel that when they train bi/tris, it's a half-ass workout? Just no real power movements involved that give you that adrenaline rush.....I see why some don't train them at all.....

Anyone have a really arm routine they follow to pack on the mass? Sets and reps......Like to do about 12-15sets for each.....

I know what you mean, especially if you are in and out of the gym quickly.

Put some heavy CGBP or Pin Presses into your workout and you will know you have been working tho...

Also, Supersetting might give you more of the pump you arel ooking for...

I have been skipping arms all together this summer and have not had negative affects, i have been told my arms look bigger...

I have had many crappy arm workouts, i feel guilty about taking my pw shake - like it is a waste...

Come on...Somone has to have a solid routine.............lol......I didn't mean I think they should be skipped entirely, but maybe.......

Here is what I use for arms:

For Triceps:

Workout 1: Lying Tricep Extensions (French Presses)
Workout 2: Close Grip Bench Presses
Workout 3: Parallel Dips

For Biceps:

Workout 1: Barbell Curls
Workout 2: Seated Alternate DB Curls

I train these muscle groups on seperate days. Only one exercise for each training session. I rotate the exercises. Heavy weight and intensity is the key.

for tri's i like to do close grip bench, skull crushers, and tri pressdowns..that with my ohp movements allows my tris to grow fine.....i dont work bi's really, i do maybe two types of band curls once a wk if anything. my arms have grown more in the past 2-3 mths w/o working bi's than they ever have.

I do my main workouts at the gym but I keep dumbells and an ez curl bar at home for my arms. I like to do them at night when I'm watching tv. This lets me get in and out of the gym a little quicker.
