How many sets do you do for your bi's? how many sets for your tris?
I go one body part each day
Mon-chest
tue-back
wed-shoulder (delts only)
thurs-bis
fri-tris

I do 3 exercises with four sets of ten for my Bi's and tris's. What are your opinions?
Overtraining???
 
i do several different exercises for each, i do 12, 10, 8 of a decent weight then i do 1 set of 6 of a little more weight, then i do 1 drop set of very very high weight, 2-3 reps. so whats that? 5 sets, yeah thats its. :D

I don't do more than 6 sets for each...god it's rough typing in the morning

I usually do around 4 total sets for biceps.. something like 2 sets for barbell preachers and then 2 sets for crossbody hammers...

Always works great for me!

8-9 sets for each, I start with heavy sets of 5 reps and work my way up to sets of 10 by the end of the workout, supersetting back and forth between bi's and tri's gives me an incredible pump!

I supperset 3 bi and 3 tri excercises
3 sets bicep barbell curl, 4-6 reps
3 sets overhead tricep extension, 4-6 reps
2 sets bicep dumbell supinations, 4-6 reps
2 sets tricep pulldowns, 4-6 reps
2 sets dumbell preacher curls, 4-6 reps
2 sets tricep kickbacls or weighted dips, 4-6 reps
