Just go super intense and superset everything and people will watch you...lol Not that it matters...but i respect a good strong effort more than anything in the gym not just big weights.
I don't think you get my point. The point was the amount of power and well being you feel, and not actually the people watching you. Most of the time anyway I train late night or mid-afternoon when hardly anyone's in the gym. It's hard to explain. I'm not sure of your stance on AS use, but I'm an advocate. I know I'd never go back to being all natural. Although I don't knock anyone for choosing to stay natural. It seems that most of the time that the natural bodybuilders are the one who sling the most shit though...
