I am 5'6- 169lb 26.6% BF
Goal: To lose 25lbs by March 2010. Which comes out to about 20 weeks and 1.5lb/week of weight loss.
My Caloric Energy Needs: 2130 with a BMR of 1541
I want to aim for about 1.5lb per week and make it fat not muscle so if I have a calorie deficit around 700 that puts me at 1430cal/per day and I am on a 50/30/20 (protein/carbs/fat). Does that seem to low for someone of my stats to eat that many calories????
Any suggestions would help!
