Just wondering if anyone has any good variations of this exercise or any other exercises for back that dumbells can be used??? I freakin love dumbell exercises, I dont think I will ever use the bar again for any of my upper body movements. From now on I will most likely only use dumbells for chest, shoulders, triceps, biceps, and maybe back if I can get some more exercises to try. They are great, no spotter needed, deeper stretch, better contraction at the top, more natural range of motion, what more could you ask for???
