Do any of you ladies struggle with your appetites during the first couple of days of your period? I've only recently started having this problem. Forcing down 3500 calories when your body doesn't want them is frustrating. :(

What tricks have you found help get around that?

i have the same problem, I thought that I really was the only one.

i hear girls complaining about having a better appetite, but not me. i can barely drink milk

thats alot of food!! and yes i have this problem as well, but i also get cravings! one minute my tummy will rebel on the thought of food and then maybe a bit later, i want a banana split or some french fries or something.... really bad. its like my tummy is having mood swings too.lol

I feel you on cramming food as I am NEVER hungry but when I was training to compete it was far worse. I could never make it to 3000 eating clean... just couldn't force the food down.

I had taken all sorts of supplements that were supposed to increase my appetite but NONE worked.

And Ms EbonyCurves, I do hear you on the tummy mood swings. Mine is QUEEN BITCH when it comes to that and that is ALL THE TIME. :lmao:
